Very nice dark etched Nakiri. All packed in foil. Nice cardboard packaging. makes a very good impression. I have not yet tested the sharpness, but I had/have already bought and used several VG 10 knives... and they are all quite sharp and also long-cutting. It is also possible to grinding the cutting razor sharply. Knives are always paper-sharp and can be used directly in the kitchen. But I would use them before the first always wash/rinse to possibly. Remove production residues such as oils. Attention, for users who did not have a VG10 knife before, really sharp!
