We strive to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Once processed, delivery typically takes an additional 7-10 days.

How can I track my order?

Once our team has processed your order, you'll be sent an email with a tracking number. You can then track your order by clicking the link in your email.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Products can be returned within 30 days without giving any reason. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you wish to cancel your order for any reason, just send us an email at keenbasestore@gmail.com within 12 hours from the time the order was placed. Beyond 12 hours, orders will be accepted as final and ready to be shipped to your doorstep.

Do the knives come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a free 3-year warranty on all knives. This covers any defects in material or craftsmanship. We take great pride in our knives and therefore only tolerate absolute excellency - nothing less.
